Deposit Policy
Please note all bookings require a 30% deposit to secure our time together. This is not negotiable, and I will not engage in ongoing communication until a deposit is received. A higher deposit will be requested for FMTY or tour dates.
Please be prepared to confirm our date with a deposit on the same day as enquiring and receiving my confirmed availability. I aim to be swift with my response times, even to let you know when I can reply properly, and I appreciate that same courtesy in return.
Your prompt deposit confirmation shows me you are a genuine client and respect my time, but it also makes me excited to see you! It demonstrates you will be a pleasure to deal with.
Deposits can be paid via:
- Direct deposit (non-industry related business account)
- Cash at a NAB Smart ATM
- Beemit (a user-friendly app set up from your debit card, the transaction will show as ‘Beemit Sydney’ and has no paper trail with my business account) Beemit is often used to split bills.
- Digital gift card to my e-mail address (where you can use your credit card, the transaction will show as the merchant)
- Debit/credit card payment over the phone (you can nominate the statement description for this). Transaction fees will apply.
International transfers are best paid via direct deposit or at a Western Union. I will provide you with my bank’s SWIFT code and physical address. As noted in the last point above, I can also take card payments over the phone with international cards. The alternative is a digital gift voucher which may require additional verification with your international bank and is not my preferred method.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable or transferable should you have to cancel or reschedule. Please appreciate that I have set this time aside for you and arranged many other commitments around our date. I aim to ensure I have ample time to prepare for your / my arrival and am ready to focus entirely on you and our time together.
In the unlikely event I need to cancel our date, your deposit will be refunded or, if you prefer, put towards a future date. I have had to do this once in 6 years after a family emergency.
NB: Any kickback with my deposit policy or dragging out the process with silly questions where answers can be found on my website, I will assume you are a time-waster and not engage.
